Can recommend for a quick trip
Spacious room, convenient location, featuring close proximity to restaurants and a gym with good facilities, made my stay enjoyable and stress-free.
Couldn't ask for more.

missingWrote a review on Dec 03poor housekeeping
The air conditioning unit was a no-show, leaving us to contend with open windows and street noise—not ideal for a cozy night. Cleaning was subpar. the housekeeping was more about clearing trash than thorough cleaning, and we often found beds not made properly. We had some trouble with miscommunication regarding room choices that left us without adequate sleeping arrangements for the kids. Breakfast also fell short, lacking freshness and variety, and we found ourselves re-encountering items over several days.

The good, the bad, and the unexpected
Spacious and comfortable rooms make for a relaxing retreat after a day out. The breakfast spread offers great variety and is a perfect start to the day. The staff are notably friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable. A prime location just minutes away from key attractions is a significant highlight.

Centrally located, Ani Grand Hotel impressed with its spacious rooms and helpful staff. My Superior Twin Room featured a comfortable bed and a small fridge, which made storing snacks easy. The breakfast selection was nice, with local cheese varieties and options for light wraps. I had a great time lounging by the pool, though I struggled to find a sun lounger during busy hours. Housekeeping did a great job, keeping everything clean. Some gym equipment felt outdated and could use an upgrade, which was slightly disappointing. Despite this, the convenience of nearby restaurants and cafes made up for it.

Centrally located with spacious rooms. the breakfast selection was impressive, featuring local and international options. The staff went above and beyond, assisting with arrangements seamlessly!
However, the pool area can get crowded with lessons ongoing, which detracts from a relaxing experience.

I recently enjoyed a 4-night stay at Ani Grand Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a delightful retreat after a long day of work. Breakfast offered a solid selection of eastern and western foods, ensuring a fulfilling start to my day. The hotel’s location is ideal, being a short walk from Republic Square and close to various dining and entertainment options in Yerevan.
Staff could have been more engaging during my stay.

It was just a good pick for a short stayover in Yerevan with good value considering the price it charged. The breakfast selection had a few different options every morning, which was a nice surprise. Bring an electric socket adaptor. they don’t have many available at the hotel.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement
The location is perfect for exploring the city, but the amenities need attention. The gym equipment was outdated, and the internet struggled during video calls. Staff engagement could improve, as my wake-up call was forgotten. Consider bringing a portable heater if staying during colder months.

great location but breakfast variety could improve
The staff's friendliness made me feel welcomed from the beginning. I stayed in a Superior Twin Room, which was spacious and comfortable, providing an excellent night's sleep. The room also had a small fridge that came in handy for storing snacks. I loved the stunning city view from my room, especially during sunset.
The breakfast selection, while decent, could use more variety to cater to different tastes.
